Phantom of the Opera:

Given a list of Musicals to choose from, the goal was to develop a key frame with emphasis on character over the course of a few weeks under guidance of Charles Hu. The slides show character developement, inspiration boards, thumbnails for various enviornments, and the final work.

The titular Phantom calls to Christine Daae through the mirror in the dressing room she shares with the rest of the Core de Ballet while Raoul De Chagny and Meg Giry converse in the back- unaware of what is taking place just a few steps away.

The Legend of Kora:

Created 5 props for an animated IP of choice. Facilitated by Mikyung Hunt, I chose this specific IP because I wanted to explore the fantastical Industrial Revolution that was happening to the world at the time of the series.

A student capstone animation project I did Prop, Character, and Background design for.
